| Introduction | I’m Jane. Born and raised in Tennessee, I’m a wife, mom, stepmom, and grandmother. I’ve lived long enough to know life rarely goes as planned. I’ve got ADHD, raised four kids with ADHD, one of whom also has autism, and now I’ve got neurodivergent grandkids. Noise and motion have been my normal for decades. If it gets too quiet, I start wondering what’s wrong. I write about real life as it happens. The good, the bad, the funny messes, and the ordinary stuff worth remembering. I don’t pretty it up or pretend life is perfect. I live in a small Tennessee town where trains rattle the windows and an ordinary day can go sideways before supper. This isn’t a fancy blog. It’s just me, usually with coffee going cold, telling it like it is. If you want perfect, you won’t find it here. If you want real, pull up a chair. |
