Introduction	I love to cook and experiment, but I hate following recipes...so I tend to make them up or embellish them. Doing this has turned out some pretty great dishes. I recognize that not everyone is comfortable cooking without recipes, AND if I don't record the ones I've made up, I'll forget about them, so that's the purpose of this site. Enjoy
