| Introduction | Born Damilola Dolapo Kotun into a Nigeria-Lagosian, Muslim turned Christian family, Kotun, Aregbe (mother's maiden) leaving him to with Abdul'razak and David as part of his other names. Dami', well known as DVP, is a very valiant and versatile individual, also said to be the First Nigeria Naval MC, as he chose music as a side career as he carried on with sailing the seas for living. Mixing the torture and nortures of nature together, he writes almost out of self-experiences. He is good in various creative and distinctive activies, such as Graphic and Fine Art, Video Directing, Writing and knows a bit of Clothe Designing. With his obvious love for children, Dami', on a part-time basis, teaches in primary schools and colleges, both as a Computer Educator and also a Cultural and Creative Art Teacher. DVP have written soundtracks on miscellaneous request, including MISLED by Seun Adejumobi.
