Introduction	I am a beautiful soul filled with light..looking to touch others with sunshine..and when I am down I trust that my friends will share their light with me. Such is the web of life, so I believe..I also believe in treating others, as I would like to be treated..I believe in Karma. I believe in forgiveness..even when it is hard to do...I believe in beauty within people..I see the best in others..and try to work on making myself the best "Me" I can be right at this moment...I believe in appreciating the moment..and letting those around me know they are special to me. Tomorrow may never come...live for the moment...just "Be". I try not to worry ...it does not change anything positively..I try to be Positive and happy..I respect and love those around me. I believe that energy should flow in a healthy way. Learning to give and to recieve is a beautiful thing..The most important thing is to care about the things that truely matter....appreciate the moments that make it all worth while..watch the sunset...and sunrise...watch the moon grow big in the sky... Tommorow may never come..soak up today!

Favorite Music	Ok, I will be honest..there isn't much that I wouldn't listen to..as long as it is done well, and with creativity and talent. I try to surround myself with positive uplifting Vibes. My music taste is very Varied..lol My music taste changes with my mood. Just like there is a time for every season under heaven..so is there a time for all generas, dependent upon my hunger for flavor. I guess it is more importantly dependent upon what I am doing at the time.
Favorite Books	I enjoy historically correct fiction, a bit of sci-fi, true crime, fitness and nutrition, raw vegan lifestyle and recipe books, alternative natural therapies, healing, visualization, meditation, metaphysical...lots of self help books, and pretty much any books that enhance spiritual growth in me...Spirit, mind and body, Baby!!
