| Introduction | We are a couple of young adventurers. Julia was born in Madrid, Spain where she lived for 18 years. Then, she moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where she met Diego. After living there for a year, she moved to Boston, MA. Where she finished her undergrad in Philosophy and International Relations. Diego was born and raised in Madrid until he was 11, when he moved to Mexico City with his family. Two years later he moved to Louisville, KY. He attended University in Geneva, Switzerland, graduating in International Relations and Human Rights. For the last year and a half he has been working at an NGO. Having recently graduated from University, we realized that our frustration and nonconformity with the economic and social inequalities of the world could not be solved through the established system. At least not yet. Thus, we decided to embark on a journey through Latin America. Beginning in Costa Rica and traveling south through Panama, Colombia, and around the continent, we will hopefully reach Brazil by the end of 2014. |
