Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Until fish develop arms, legs, opposable thumbs, amphibious skills that allow for unlimited land or sea survival and the ability to reason that causes them to rise up and overthrow their human masters, they do not deserve frivolous luxuries such as bicycles. All they deserve is to be sauteed in butter and garnished with parsley. Stupid fishes.
