| Favorite Movies | I love movies, and I just love going to the movie theater...but here are just a few that I really enjoy: Amelie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Pride and Prejudice (with Keira Knightly), Donnie Darko, New World, Lars and the Real Girl, American Psycho, The Last Temptation of Christ, Marie Antoinette...ooooh, and Stranger Than Fiction! Also, Stanly Kubric's version of Stephen King's the Shining! Jack Nicolson freaked me out! Fight Club (one of the few movies were I think Brad Pitt looks sexy in, but I think it was because he was so dirty/grimmy). I am a sucker for scruffy men. I also love all the old 80's films like Space Balls and Monster Squad (which I saw in Target and have yet to buy). I definitely want my daughter to get to watch Goonies (a kid classic), and I loved any film that starred Molly Ringwald, duh like any little girl of the 80's...she was perfection! The list goes on and on! |
| Favorite Music | I love music! My favorite type is rock, and my favorite bands are Muse (the best band ever and they are amazing live), I love the Strokes, Led Zepplin, Bjork, and I can't live without David Bowie or Prince! How could I ever forget Pearl Jam, I loved grunge music in the 90's, and "Ten" was the first CD I ever bought myself...I was in seventh grade (if I remember correctly). I also love old hip-hop like Pharcyde...Passin' Me By is a song that will never die in my heart! Everytime I hear it I just get so excited! I am going through a Radiohead moment right now too, they are in constant rotation. |
