| Introduction | I'm trying to lose weight for many reasons, health being high on the list but not number one. I'm dying to wear sexy shoes again! Also, I'm going back to school to get a cosmetology license (in other words, 10 hour days on my feet) and I need to slim down if I want to be successful and not crippled. And finally, it' just time to stop procrastinating and making excuses. Enough is enough! |

No way! Spoons are just dainty little versions of the bowl while forks are slightly more refined versions of the knife.
