Introduction	We are using A.R.T. in hopes of making a healthy baby or two. To date, our diagnoses are diminished ovarian reserve and high natural killer cells. We have 3 failed IUIs, 2 failed IVFs, and one miscarriage from a spontaneous identical twin pregnancy. You'll find us somewhere between hope and despair.
