Introduction	Finefoodguru is a blog written by Emily Riordan, which incorporates ideas, recipes, restaurants and all things food related, which I enjoy (or dislike), and wish to share with you. I have spent most of my life in pursuit of fine food in one way or another. I have run and owned a restaurant (Café Le Fort) in the depths of the countryside in South Africa. I have written many food articles for food magazines and have been a stylist.(Garden and Home, Garden Route Living) For the last few years I have been a chocolatier, producing bars of Artisan chocolate (Chocolats Marionnettes) and been immersed in all things chocolate. I spend my time between South Africa and Ireland, and in between manage as many trips as possible to Paris, (for true gourmandize, and food heaven) and Spain for sailing, but that’s another story.
