| Introduction | I have worked with gang kids and other young people with troubled lives for over 18 years. I love my gang kids! Over the past 16 years I have also lectured for schools, churches, community groups, and youth facilities on the dangers of gang / youth violence. I have also provided training for law enforcement internationally on gang identification and intervention. Some of my most memorable experiences inclued going to Mexico to train CIPOL (Mexican State Police) and training officers in the Northeastern United States at a Department of Homeland Security sponsored conference on terrorism.
