Throughout the years, our camps, lessons, clinics and adventure tours have maintained the highest standard of quality instruction. We have developed a surf training program that builds confidence, ensures success and empowers students of all ages and abilities to surf for life. Ocean Experience is also fully insured and permitted by the City of San Diego. In 1999, OCEAN BEACH SURF & SKATE opened its doors to provide Ocean Experience with a retail store and home base. Recently voted “Best Surf Shop” and "Best Skate Shop" by San Diego CityBeat’s 2010 Best Of and “gold-medal winner” of The Peninsula Beacon’s 2010 Readers Choice Awards for “Best Skate Shop,” Ocean Beach Surf & Skate promotes the Southern California lifestyle while supplying core needs to surfers and skateboarders alike.
