| Introduction | i am currently a full-time student with the ultimate goals of earning a masters of divinity (to pastor) and a doctorate in history (focusing on medieval european and church history with a goal of teaching). i am married to a fantastic woman and have the coolest dog (she is our kid really). i'm just here because my wife says i talk too much and this might spare her some of it. |

| Favorite books | i suppose i have to list this one first:, the bible, (preferably the, NRSV, but i like, the message, for it's poetic quality), the chronicles of narnia, into thin air, the lord of the rings, the hobbit, le morte d'arthur, ALL OF THE HARRY POTTERS, (seriously, they are great), the metamorphosis, to kill a mockingbird, the iliad, the odyssey, hind's feet on high places, orthodoxy, church history in plain language, paradise lost, romeo and juliet, the book of confessions, freeing theology, god's smuggler, brothers karamazov, (yes, i finished it!), sanctorum communio, return of the prodigal son, anything by Thomas Cahill, this list could go on for a while... |
