| Introduction | I am a graduate of Psychology from University of Indonesia. I began my career in Human Resource area as a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter in an Executive Search firm in Jakarta. At that time she specialized her work in IT industry handling various clients from software, hardware, telco and internet business. Currently, I am still working in the field of Human Resource, especially in Talent Management. All of these experiences have brought to me a wider understanding about human relationships within the group and system of organization, leadership, the importance of passion in a career, and learning & development process. I also has a tremendous interest in research, education, neuroscience, design and technology. For me, a comprehensive understanding of the workings of the human brain and mind aided by the use of technology can be impactful resource in everyday life. It can help us on how we communicate and interact on daily basis, optimising learning process, working much more efficient, enhancing quality of life, and also get the better understanding about ourself, others, and life itself. |
