| Introduction | Hello, everyone! I’m Sarah El Hajj and I’m an English teacher living in Panama. I studied in the L.I.U; the Lebanese International University, and I hold a BA in TEFL. I moved to Panama seven years ago, and I’m living here ever since. I started my studies in an MA program in Applied Linguistics in Quality Leadership University in November of 2018 and this is my second course. The course’s name is Technology for the Teaching of English and it aims to teach us how to integrate technology in our classes. Throughout the course, we got to see the evolution of technology in the field of education as well as the different technological tools that we can implement in our classes. We were trained and we enjoyed an on-hands experience to explore the magic of tech by ourselves, which I will reflect through this blog. So, why am I blogging? Since the course’s ultimate goal is to teach us how to implement technology in our classes, blogging is considered the fruit at the top of the tree! Throughout this blog, I will share with you my learning experience and ideas of tools you can implement in your own classes with a bit of guidance on how to use them! Enjoy! |
