| Introduction | I have been a Tour Leader for over 20 years. Leading many different exciting tours/treks in over 70 countries. From trekking in the Simien Mountains of Ethiopia to going in search of lemurs in Madagascar & listening to world music in the Sahara Desert at the Festival of the Desert just 2 hours drive from Timbuktu in Mali to sleeping in gers in Mongolia. I love the research I do before visiting a new destination then experiencing unusual cultures, sampling interesting cuisine & speaking different languages. When not travelling the world I love to guide people on walks on the Isle of Wight. My special retreat. Only a short ferry ride from the mainland but miles apart in many ways.
