Introduction Kathy: I am Mom of the Webster clan. I am in my 50's and would like to lose around 10 lbs. I also really need to increase my upper body and core strength. As I am aging I am finding it really important to keep flexible, but am not really doing anything about it. So my goals are: 1) Lose 10 lbs. 2) Increase upper body strength by doing a kettlebell routine 3 times a week. 3) Increase flexibility by doing a yoga DVD 3 times a week. Will see how this goes...
