Introduction	I started cooking at a young age with my Grandmother. We would make cakes, from scratch, or work on pie dough. Once I had my daughter I started looking at what was in the food I was feeding her and changed the way I cooked and what we ate. In my 30's I started a catering business with a few friends and had the time of my life. Lots of hard work but so much fun. I spent every extra minute in the kitchen. It was like therapy for me. I entertained often and loved trying out new recipes on my friends. I have taken classes on everything from bread to pasta to cheese. My concentration is now in the specialty food market and nutrition. I have come to realize that organic is healthier, and safer, and I choose to concentrate my efforts there.
Interests	All things food, nutrition, cooking, entertaining, wine.
