| Introduction | I have great memories of drinking in Knoxville, though only about half as many as I should have. Now living in Utah, I often miss the days of drinking at the brewery on Sunday (when it was closed) and wandering around Krutch Park with a full pint of bourbon. The name McWoo is derived from my uncertain Irish heritage and an unfortunate(?) incident with Mackey's housemate's carpet and recycled alcohol (see the Big Lebowski). |
