| Introduction | I am a practicing attorney doing exclusively death penalty defense work. I have ridden event horses and jumpers for 46 years. I have undergone two knee replacements to continue to ride, but recenlty have been faced with a new challenge concerning my neck, and can no longer jump. As such I have switched to dressage. This blog will chronicle my journey into a new equestrian discipline, while trying to juggle a high profile, stressful carreer and the aftermath of physical injury. Hopefully it will show other aging equestrians that anything is possible! |
