Introduction	I LOVE to cook, the majority of my brain power is occupied by any and all things food related. If I'm not thinking about food, the rest of my time is consumed by writing (about food), reading (recipes), taking pictures (of food), working (as a pastry chef), oh, and raising my 4 year old (we play mostly in the kitchen). I have other interests and hobbies, but for now, let's just focus on food.
