Introduction	Mr. Dean is currently the Associate Dean of Instruction at Bryant and Stratton Colleges extension site in Malta NY. He recently served as the founder of the SUNY Empire State College Graduate Veteran Services program partnering with Empire State College to create a graduate level program that addresses the educational needs of those working veterans. As the coordinator, he is responsible to ensure the academic integrity of the program that teaches in areas such as disability, public policy and advocacy. Mr. Dean has helped the college to work with organizations such the NYS Department of Veteran Affairs, the Jewish Federation of Women and the VA. He developed unique courses such as Military and Veteran Culture to address the cultural gap between Americas Warriors and civilians. Mr. Dean served as a military academic advisor to Excelsior College where he advised military students and counselors on educational issues faced by today's troops. A frequent consultant to various organizations Mr. Dean is considered an expert on veteran’s issues.
