| Introduction | Hi! My name is Jackie... and here are some things about me... I'm Italian. I'm from New Jersey (my childhood was quite similar to the popular MTV show Jersey Shore.) I have lived in the South for 10+ years. I married a Southerner (That would be Mr. Fo). I NEVER EVER thought I would be the type to cook, bake, party plan... but all of a sudden, I became obsessed with it. Seriously. Obsessed. I put Martha Stewart to shame.
