| Introduction | I have lived in this small town my entire life. I am married to my wonderful husband, Chad. We have two beautiful children who keep us on our toes. I have my sister's wedding coming up and my goal is to be able to fit into a much smaller bridesmaid's dress than I did for my brother's wedding... I am tired of being overweight and my 30th birthday is right around the corner! I wanted to be thinner and in better shape by the time I hit 30. I am ready to do this...and since we are on a budget and I can't join a gym right now I am going to have to be creative! |
