| Introduction | These are difficult times we are living in due to the economy,violence,ongoing earthquakes, ect. Just about every one has come to the realization that there are a lot of people who are finding it very difficult to earn a living just to put food on the table. Life is short and no one wants to spend the rest of their lives struggling to care for themselves and their families, never really being able to enjoy the good things like many of the wealthier people are able to do. I can relate to this. So I would like to contribute to helping people learn more about how they can help themselves to be able to overcome stress, anxieties,loneliness,marital happiness, and many other troubling situations, in an effort to bring joy and hope to their lives. |
