Introduction	I've been the rabbi of Shaare Tefila Congregation since 1994 - a friendly, welcoming, Conservative synagogue. I currently serve on the Rabbinical Assembly's Inclusion Committee. I'm a past president of the Washington-Baltimore region of the Rabbinical Assembly and past president of the Washington Board of Rabbis. I am also a Senior Rabbinic Fellow of the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem.
