| Introduction | Teaching is actually my second career, after a career in health care. Starting out as a nurse, I later earned my MBA and moved into different aspects of health care. This increased my experiences tremendously and I found myself loving all of the education pieces. Having always had a place in the back of my mind telling me to teach kids, when I had the opportunity to change careers, I became a teacher. Teaching kids is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I have had. Whole Brain Teaching entered my life and has transformed me as a teacher and a learner. I love teaching my kids and watching them learn - the Whole Brain Teaching way. |
