| Introduction | I was a fat guy with no ambition. I was 330lbs of sit-at-a-desk laziness... I stumbled across a video of Lee Priest posing in a bathroom after working out (The scene from Another Blonde Myth) and it changed my life. Now I eat 6 times a day and I'm in the gym 6 days a week... cardio everyday... and have become all around more healthy. I am still a fat guy at 275lbs... but it's coming off... and I am kicking ass and taking names. |
