| Introduction | Coaching competitive gymnastics in Texas since 1998, Geoff has had the opportunity to be involved in several successful programs and has coached 2 year old beginners through Level 10 USAG athletes. His experience in competitive swimming, water polo, soccer, and gymnastics is a key component to his coaching style, and his management experience in both recreational and competitive programs helps shape his overall program design. Geoff has always believed that forming a positive relationship with athletes is the best way to communicate and coach. Geoff is also a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who loves to share his expertise with anyone and everyone. With appearances on the Philip DeFranco Show and the Ellen Show, his fitness endeavors have already reached a large audience. Geoff has consulted and coached Gymnastics Movement For Crossfit at Crossfit A&M, The Body Lab, H-Town Crossfit and A.D. Crossfit in Texas, and he currently lives in Houston with his beautiful wife, Jess, and their three dogs. |
