Introduction	I've been guiding fly-fishing clients on trout waters in WNC for a decade, in between stints as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor and freelance writer. I regularly guide on the Tuckasegee in a drift boat, when generation allows, and I love walk-and-wade trips into the backcountry.
