| Introduction | A knowledge-seeker to the core, Somnath started his journey to the fascinating world of quizzing during his school days. A well-known face in the present quizzing circuit, he donned the hat of the Quiz Master for the very first time in the year 2005. Since then, he has conducted quizzes in several school fests, college fests and corporate events, that include Inter-IIT Cult Meet at IIT-Kanpur and National Students’ Space Challenge Quiz organized by IIT-Kgp in association with ISRO. He has authored three quiz books, titled – ‘Bharat - Ek Quizkatha’, ‘Powerplay’ & ‘Cinemagic Quiz (The KHAN Special)’. He also works as the content provider for online quiz-apps and quizzing-related events. He has been and continues to be associated with several Kolkata-based schools as a Quiz Mentor. |
