| Introduction | I am a lake girl. I grew up in a small town in Indiana until I was 16, then spent the next 20 yrs in small town Illinois. I transplanted to Cincinnati 4 yrs ago. I am married with 4 children. I have a very spoiled pug named Lucy who is 9. I spent 10 yrs in the optical field, then decided to go back to school and become part of the EMS world. 11 yrs and loved every minute of it. The lights, the sirens, the adrenaline pumping! I have always been an artist. I am a 'jack of all trades artist'. I love it all. I have a leather store on Etsy that I recently opened with my husband who graciously spends his days off helping me create and complete projects. He was the brain behind the leather, since like I said, I love it all and am multi skilled in art. He has been tooling leather for over 30 yrs, but never saw himself as an 'artist'. I personally love thinking of myself as one. So we combined our skills and started our shop. This is now where my passion lies full time. I still miss the lights and sirens of the Ambulance. I always will, but it's time for the next phase in life! |
