| Introduction | I was born and grew up in Adelaide. In 1978 I spent a year in Israel on a kibbutz and decided that socialism and kibbutz were for me. I left in 1984 with my comrades and we helped build a kibbutz in the upper Gallilee region. I served in the army, raised a child and taught high school. Since being back in Australia I have taught high school, primary school, university and in various other institutions. Recently I have completed a business course and have opened my own business. |
