Introduction	Michael is currently a partner in Peter Mbah & Associates, where he is the managing partner in charge of the day-to-day running of the law firm. He is also heading the oil & gas, real estate and ADR departments, having had considerable experience in these areas. He has been involved in advising clients on joint venture projects and corporate finance initiatives which recently led to the provision of the requisite advice and drafting of the contract in a major vessel brokerage agreement for a multinational company. He is also currently advising a US corporation wishing to invest in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector.
