| Introduction | I am returning to teaching and my home state of Alabama after a year away from both. For this school year, I will teach 3rd grade at the elementary school that I attended as a kid. I am super excited. Teaching is my passion, and I can't wait to get this party started again with my Awesome Third graders! |

| Favorite movies | Where to start?? I am a movie junkie. I love everything from Rambo to Gone with the Wind. I love old black and white movies and new movies like Avatar. I appreciate any type of movie that someone has put in a lot of time and effort to write, create, direct, and act. Movies used to rely heavily on acting and now I feel like it has transitioned more to special effects. Anyway, oops, sidetracked a list. Here it goes: Pride and Prejudice (old and new), Little Women (old), Lonesome Dove, Gone with the Wind, all the Rocky movies, The African Queen, Road to Bali (super old but great), The Ugly Truth, True Grit (old and new), The Notebook, Tombstone, Old Yeller, Beauty and the Beast, and I could go on and on... |
