| Introduction | A farm girl born and raised in the suburbs, I've spent my life explaining to people the ways of agriculture and how my family and I feed the world. I'm a junior at Kansas State University where I'm double majoring in Agricultural Communications & Animal Sciences with a minor in leadership studies. Also this summer I'm fortunate to be interning at Ak-Sar-Ben's River City Rodeo & Stock Show in Omaha, Neb. where I get to explain agriculture to a diverse urban setting and plan a huge stock show at the same time. |
