| Introduction | Earlier this year I decided to make 17 chemo scarves to donate to my cancer center at my final chemo treatment- one scarf for each chemo treatment. When I told friends and family about my project, they enthusiastically wanted to be a part of it too. Quickly 17 scarves became just over 60 scarves! It was an awesome feeling delivering those 17 scarves to my chemo center on the day of my last treatment. Over the following weeks I delivered the remaining scarves to various chemo centers in my area. And then I had a dream about mailing scarves to ALL 50 states! And that’s how this project began… |
