Introduction	I have had the pleasure of working along side some of today’s leaders in the field of natural health, most notably Dr. Joseph Mercola, which allowed me the opportunity to hone my “practice” with literally thousands of clients through the years. Watching individuals learn techniques, to allow their bodies innate healing ability work through imbalances and walk away from challenging, chronic disease states, has been an immense pleasure for me over the years. Yet I am sure my pleasure watching this, does not compare to the pleasure of those that learned the necessary steps to allow healing. It is our intention with “Ask Depke Wellness” to provide a platform for daily health tips that also allows an interaction to ask us the questions needed to clear up any confusion you may be experiencing in regard to health and wellness.
