| Introduction | Over the last few years, I have taken some truly unbelievable trips but I always scoured blogs, social networks, different guide books and websites to research the destination well, so that I could really find my best match for hotels, restaurants, activities and sights to see. Its the "Euro-hippe" places, the off the beaten track "local flavors", authentic, that are not haunted by bus loads of tourists, but at the same time choosing places that appeal to the "Euro" palate, clean, delicious or hard to get to. It was time consuming but well worth the effort. As a result, I have decided to share my favorite places in the hope that they will bring you as much pleasure as they did for me! |
