Introduction	Life is not always what we want it to be in the realness of days. Darkness has shrouded my life more than once. The toughest, I think, was when my brain decided it was tired, so it took a break for 45 minutes. Then my body had to recover from it. The physical fight is tough, but realizing how much of my true self I'd let be washed away in the name of rightness was tougher. I had a choice to make, and when I made it a dark place waned for light. It's been a hard road to stumble down. I'm still working on it. Along the way I've learned some very important lessons. That is what brings us here today. Come learn with me. Bring your sense of humor and adventure, 'cause if I can't laugh along the way, I'm not going. Sure it's dark, together we'll find light...or, perhaps, together we will create the light. Either way, there is hope in the darkness
