| Introduction | I went to a top 10 liberal arts college outside New England after being repulsed by the knee-jerk liberalism of my boarding school. I majored in Politics and Spanish Literature, and am now an Officer on a US Submarine. I believe in effective and limited government, with the understanding that good public policy, in certain circumstances, has a great power to improve outcomes in the lives of citizens. |
