| Introduction | I'm a journalist, now based in Portland, Oregon. I helped start Oregon Public Broadcasting's daily talk show, Think Out Loud. Before moving back to this lovely place I grew up, I reported for NPR from Washington, Europe and Iraq. I also worked on the inaugural year of NOW with Bill Moyers on PBS, covered the upheavals of post-Soviet Russia for Marketplace and others, and produced a public affairs show at KCRW, an NPR station in L.A. |
