Introduction	How many cook books do you have? I have alot! And I very seldom use any of them. In addition, whilst being quite willing to eat anything if on offer or on a menu in a restaurant, I tend to be quite safe at home and usually cook the same things over and over again. Because of these few facts, I have decided to be bold! When the urge strikes me, I will choose a cookbook and recipe randomly. I promise it will be random! I have numbered each book and detailed the page numbers within each book. These numbers will be inputted into a random number generator and I will cook whatever comes up, no questions asked! This will have a dual benefit, I hope. I will become a better cook and secondly I will experience a greater variety of food. That is the plan anyway... I will also be writing up reviews about the fine dining restaurants that Sheila and I go to. We love eating out and this blog will become my posh restaurant diary. You will notice constant mention of Sheila in my blog's. Well, I am very lucky to have her as my wife and she is the willing recipient of all my cooking.
