Introduction	My name is Emily and the one thing I truly want in this world is to be a mother. Unfortunately, my journey to motherhood has thus far involved two horrible, drawn-out miscarriages; countless tests; infertility treatments; and endless cycles of heartbreak and despair. I am blessed with an amazing, endlessly patient husband; a loving, supportive family; my fur-baby, Belly; and dear friends who have listened to me bemoan the same issues over and over and over again. I am a Christian who is struggling to understand what that really means in the face of so much loss and disappointment,and most days I fall short of that title. I have not lost all hope yet, but many days I feel close to doing just that. I first stated my other blog right after miscarriage #1, in December of 2010, but find I can't go back there. It is too dark and too sad, and I wouldn't recommend anyone spend much time there. This blog will my new personal space for sorting through my emotions as we continue down this difficult road.
