| Introduction | I'm a 63 year old woman, married with 2 sons and 3 daughters. I have struggled with my weight since my first child was born. I went from 115 pounds to 160 and it just kept going up from there. I have been wanting to do this for a long time but did not have the courage to put myself out there publicly for literally the whole world to see. Well world, what you see if a very over weight person that wants to add a few years to her life and be able to do some of the things that I can't anymore. |
