Introduction	ok so, there are many things that happened in my life that steered me towards wanting to become a chef. One thing that stuck out though, was cooking for my little brother and sister while my mom at was work. I was 6 maybe 7 and I made them the all american PB&J sandwhich. I know, most of you are thinking...eh? but i was 6...or 7 and the smile on their faces were priceless and I thought if I could make people smile like that with my cooking well...its all worth it...
