Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
It's always nice to be given the opportunity to learn something new. You never know what someone is going to do until they do it. A fish may have the lifelong dream of riding a bicycle. A bird may have always wanted to scuba dive. I am not one to definitively say these things and neither can you. Lesson learned.
