| Introduction | Debra Seeck, aka Mz. Jitterbug, lives by her motto. Her dance career began as a child at the Turner Hall of Keystone, Iowa, her home town; dancing to the polka, waltz, and fox trot. Since 1993 and following her career as a fitness instructor, Debra has been teaching social dance to teens to adults locally and across the United States.
