| Introduction | My name is Sherose Cassar and I am 18 years old. I am currently studying in my first year at the University of Malta studying History and Communication studies. I decided to write about fashion in my blog posts, but not just about "fashion trends right now" or "fashion tips". instead I decided to focus on certain questions that tackle around fashion and the fashion industry. Questions such as what really goes on in the fashion industry and the image it portrays, how things look great and polished from the outside, but do we really know what is going on behind the curtains? Thus talking about what effects the fashion industry has on us, and also the environment. I find these topics interesting and although there are some who shed light on these topics, I don`t think there is enough awareness. |
| Interests | I love studying history as I find it very interesting to see how people lived and thought in older times, to see how things have changed and how mankind was affected. I also think that one who knows history can understand better what is going on at the moment, referring also to the quote "history repeats itself". I also have an interest in art, enjoying drawing in my free time as a form of expression along with photography and reading. |
