Introduction	Born in upstate SC, I am the fifty-three year old mother of Austin (23), Kyle (21) and oops-baby Gracie (13). In 1999, my husband Stanley and I sold our old two-story home in the city and we moved our little family to a small horse farm near the tiny town of Blythewood. Surrendering my downtown office for a pitchfork, I subsequently began capturing some of the humorous and not so humorous moments we have experienced since this move and I guess you could say this blog has actually been eleven years in the making.
